Full-Time Merchandiser

Join a dynamic and expanding company known for popular retail brands such as Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizza, Mrs. Smith's®, Edwards® desserts, bibigo®, and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks as a full-time merchandiser based in Baton Rouge, LA.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn an hourly rate of $19
• Work schedule runs Thursday through Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off
• Eligible for health, dental, vision, and life insurance if working at least 30 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Maintain the presence and availability of company brands on store shelves in assigned locations
• Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, rotating products, and building displays
• Build and sustain appealing product displays that attract grocery customers
• Deliver excellent customer service while fostering strong relationships with store staff
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and colleagues

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery retail preferred
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required
• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and handle frozen items using proper equipment
• Access to a smartphone capable of supporting company technology needs
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
