Role Overview

As a Keyholder, you will contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences by providing expert advice tailored to pets’ health and happiness. You will oversee store operations, helping ensure safety, compassion, efficiency, and adherence to company values. You will represent your store within the local community, supporting sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and assist customers with sales inquiries.
• Handle order preparation, bank deposits, and other related paperwork.
• Stock merchandise, including light items under 10 lbs, and manage store upkeep such as sweeping and dusting.
• Unload deliveries weighing up to 50 lbs and organize stock accordingly.
• Open and close the store following company procedures.
• When management is absent, assign daily objectives and tasks to Associate Customer Experts (ACEs).
• Conduct any additional duties as requested.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to repeatedly lift weights up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store; a valid driver's license may be necessary.
