Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay rate for this position is $16.90 per hour. All employees are eligible for an array of benefits which may vary by location and include:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cleaning and housekeeping duties in resident rooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and offices
• Adhere to established procedures and safety protocols to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization
• Keep records of cleaning activities and notify supervisors of any maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment
• Maintain positive and professional interactions with residents, staff, and visitors, delivering excellent customer service
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Exhibit a positive attitude and good communication skills with building occupants, management, and leadership
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Physically able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds, as well as stand, sit, bend, and walk for long periods
• Capable of performing repetitive, routine tasks consistently
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
• Residency within the service area is required
