Job Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen equipment, and work areas to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and clean dishes manually or with dishwashing machines ensuring all items are spotless and sanitized.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays following designated procedures to maintain hygiene.
• Polish silverware using various equipment and processes to achieve a clean finish.
• Adhere strictly to established safety protocols.
• Maintain proper temperatures and chemical balances per company standards.
• Keep dishwashing areas orderly and compliant with safety requirements.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors maintaining sanitation and safety standards.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Dispose of trash properly, including steam cleaning or hosing garbage cans.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar dishwashing or kitchen sanitation role is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay rate fixed at $22.50.
