Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Giftware Sales Advisor to join our Airside store, committed to driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities and Qualities

• Demonstrate enthusiasm and strong sales capabilities paired with a customer-centric approach.
• Maintain ambition and goal-oriented mindset aimed at achieving success.
• Consistently meet weekly sales objectives using the POS system and engage customers both face-to-face and via telephone.
• Exhibit energy and willingness to deliver professional, top-tier service.

Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience in retail sales, preferably with a furniture background though not mandatory.
• Proven track record of sales target attainment is advantageous.
• Strong IT proficiency and effective telephone communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with a conscientious work ethic and good initiative to drive results.
