Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Full Time Sales Advisor for our Airside store location. This role involves engaging with customers both in person and over the phone, using our POS system to meet weekly sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve weekly sales goals through direct customer interactions and use of the POS system.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, offering professional and courteous service.
- Participate actively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Candidate Profile
- Enthusiastic individual passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
- Goal-oriented and ambitious, driven to succeed and grow professionally within the company.
- Energetic and willing to deliver top-tier customer service at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of two years experience in retail sales, preferably with prior achievement of sales targets.
- Experience in furniture sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong IT proficiency and excellent telephone communication skills.
- Effective team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, conscientious, with initiative and motivational capabilities.
