Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a proficient Azure .NET and React developer specializing in automation to join our expanding team. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud applications on the Azure platform, geared towards ensuring high availability and reliability for processing terabytes of data. Collaborative efforts with architects, DevOps consultants, and development teams will be key to delivering a stable platform for our innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain software applications using .NET Core (backend) with Entity Framework, C#, Python, and React for frontend, leveraging Azure DevOps.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure services including AKS, App Service, Azure SQL Database, Blob Storage, Azure Application Gateway, Key Vault, Container Registry, Log Analytics Workspace, Application Insights, and Azure Active Directory.
• Ensure scalable and reliable cloud-hosted solutions for hosting, storage, and data management.
• Write comprehensive unit tests achieving full code coverage and integrate them into a CI/CD pipeline with DevOps support.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues promptly to maintain operational stability.
• Document key technical decisions, code architecture, and workflows within Confluence.
• Integrate third-party APIs seamlessly into applications to ensure effective communication and data exchange.
• Manage efficient data handling through Azure Storage services like blob storage, queues, and tables.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, managing API security and management through Azure API Management tools.
• Optimize performance and monitor applications using Azure diagnostics such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Optimize SQL queries and implement MLOps techniques to enhance application efficiency.
• Conduct monitoring and troubleshooting of application issues with root cause analysis and corrective measures.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience: 6 to 8 years in related roles.

• Strong expertise with Azure cloud services, .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, REST APIs, React, SQL, AKS, Azure App Service, SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Active Directory, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), containers, storage, monitoring, security, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Familiarity with claims-based authentication mechanisms like SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• In-depth understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products, especially Azure AD and AD B2C.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Azure cloud offerings focused on compute, storage, networking, web apps, and Azure AD.
• Proficient in both SQL and NoSQL database environments; strong experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure Blob Storage is mandatory.
• Exposure to data formats such as GRIP, NETCDF, Parquet, and JSON is advantageous.
• Hands-on knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Git version control, ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, and automated deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with tools like Azure DevOps for CI/CD, documentation using WIKI/Confluence, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Azure monitoring tools like Log Analytics and Application Insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of quality standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to support applications in production with foresight to anticipate issues and solutions.
• Having an Azure Developer certification is considered a plus.
