Role Overview

As an AI Product Engineer at Brain Co., you will be instrumental in crafting and deploying innovative software that automates complex, real-world challenges. You will engage directly with customers to define product specifications from scratch, developing scalable front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems to deliver AI-driven solutions with tangible benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced software solutions combining AI with modern technologies such as web frameworks, microservices, and cloud computing to address intricate automation tasks.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including industry leaders and government officials, to convert challenging business problems into effective AI-powered systems.
• Engineer scalable data pipelines, integrate sensor networks, and enhance system performance to support high-impact applications in energy, governance, and healthcare.
• Continuously update skills in software and AI domains, participate in peer code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and exemplify top-tier engineering standards.
• Ensure long-term operational success of deployed applications by maintaining close cooperation with customers and adapting solutions to optimize workflow improvements globally.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience, with a passion for engaging directly with customers to define and deliver solutions from the ground up.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies including React, Typescript, RESTful APIs, microservices, and database management systems.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to tackle and solve complex issues.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-changing environments and manage multiple evolving priorities.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in client-facing engineering roles such as Forward-Deployed Engineering or Solutions Engineering is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Arabic or other local languages is a plus.
