Role Responsibilities

• Architect and scale infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform within diverse customer settings.
• Set benchmarks for networking, security, continuous integration/delivery, and multi-region deployment strategies.
• Develop and sustain monitoring systems including metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and service level objectives (SLOs).
• Identify and resolve performance issues in distributed architectures and AI workloads.
• Provide support for high-performance inference, extensive data pipelines, and back-end services at scale.
• Ensure system scalability and reliability under rapid growth and unpredictable demand.
• Collaborate with technical leadership on architectural decisions and guide engineering teams through mentoring.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• More than 5 years’ experience building scalable backend or infrastructure platforms.
• Proficient with Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud networking, orchestration, and observability tooling.
• Strong background in distributed systems, performance tuning, and incident response.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and diverse teams to deliver dependable solutions.
• Thrives in environments demanding high initiative and capable of establishing engineering best practices.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and autonomy while resolving complex infrastructure challenges.
