About the Role
RiDiK Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS), is looking for Full Stack Software Engineers to join their team in Singapore. This position offers a chance to work on impactful projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the company's growth in technology solutions across diverse industries such as banking, wealth management, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather requirements and implement effective software solutions.
- Work alongside government agencies to develop robust and high-quality software systems.
- Utilize modern technologies, engineering methodologies, and development tools to enhance software quality and delivery.
- Engage in peer code reviews to maintain and improve code standards.
- Participate in agile Scrum activities including sprint planning, review sessions, and retrospectives.
- Contribute actively to technical discussions, solution design, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in building large-scale, high-availability software applications.
- Proven full-stack development skills with expertise in frontend frameworks like React.js and backend frameworks such as NestJS.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Experience or exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability.
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring solutions like the ELK Stack, AWS CloudWatch, or Splunk.
