Lead Software Integration Engineer

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of robust, production-level distributed systems.
• Design and develop cloud-native distributed applications, platform services, APIs, and integration solutions.
• Implement user-facing and API applications using Java, Python, Go, Kotlin, and modern frameworks such as Spring Boot, TypeScript, and React.
• Engage with distributed system architecture encompassing microservices, system design, performance optimization, concurrency, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production support.
• Construct and maintain enterprise-level data platforms with reusable components to facilitate secure data onboarding, exchange, discovery, access, and consumption.
• Develop and operate data pipelines and integrations utilizing technologies like Spark, Kafka, Flink, NiFi, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, and ADLS Gen2.
• Manage deployments in both cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-premises environments, with sophistication in containerization and infrastructure as code automation.
• Exhibit thorough expertise in data governance, security practices, metadata management, access controls, data quality assurance, and secure platform design patterns.
• Integrate AI-powered functionalities within data platforms ensuring governance, security, and operational safety measures are in place.
• Collaborate effectively, demonstrating strong communication and ownership, and proficiently utilize SQL and modern data tools to influence technology design and deliver dependable, secure production-grade solutions.
