About the Role

Join a leading global provider of cloud-based human capital management solutions committed to fostering success through embracing diverse talents, perspectives, and innovation. This position at ADP offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with Implementation Centers, Data Conversion Services, Financial Service Centers, and clients to guarantee accurate and timely reconciliation and entry of quarterly and annual tax deposit information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze client tax deposit and filing data, reconciling with employee balance information while resolving discrepancies through collaboration with clients and internal associates.
  • Coordinate and validate client documentation related to tax deposits and filings for all relevant quarters.
  • Proactively communicate issues pertaining to balances, develop solutions, and inform clients about any debit advice as needed.
  • Provide updates on Mid-Quarter and Mid-Year conversion statuses to internal teams and clients.
  • Use established communication procedures and tools, including FLT Smart Standards and Quarterly Tax Verification letters, to inform clients about full level tax status.
  • Deliver Quarterly Wage and Tax Registers to clients to verify correct information for W2 purposes.
  • Input current and prior quarter tax liabilities and deposit data using approved processes and systems.
  • Maintain project documentation and update client status in line with FLT Smart Standards.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with both clients and internal partners to advance case progress.
  • Offer expertise and guidance to less experienced FLT Implementation Specialists and possibly assist with their training.
  • Recommend enhancements to training materials and procedure updates to management or team leaders as appropriate.
  • Engage in ongoing training regarding ADP Payroll and Tax products, staying informed on legislative tax changes and company product developments.
  • Participate in special projects or undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Preferences

  • At least one year of experience in a service-oriented processing role.
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Preferred skills include payroll, tax deposit, and tax reporting expertise.
  • Strong communication abilities for interaction with both internal team members and external clients.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently while adapting to shifting demands and tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in math and accounting principles is favorable.
  • Familiarity with PCs, Windows operating systems, internet applications, word processing, and spreadsheet tools is necessary.
  • Experience with ADP Payroll Systems is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers hourly pay ranging from $18.56 to $34.66, depending on location, skills, and experience alongside possible bonuses, equity, or commissions.
