Role Overview

We seek a Fulfillment Quality Analyst based in New Zealand to serve as the critical quality checkpoint between the work produced and the client experience. This role involves auditing, analyzing, and supervising SEO-related work across multiple teams, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards. The analyst identifies and documents issues, provides constructive feedback for improvements, and detects recurring problems to address systemic causes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed audits of deliverables from multiple departments to verify thoroughness and accuracy of SEO accounts.
• Document findings clearly and offer actionable feedback to teams for correction and enhancement.
• Detect recurring errors and identify quality trends to recommend solutions targeting root causes.
• Contribute to special initiatives such as additional audits, reporting tasks, and managing email support inquiries.
• Maintain timely turnaround on assignments while preserving high-quality output.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in English communication, including superior grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Confident in delivering constructive feedback with interpersonal finesse to ensure positive reception.
• Effective time management skills capable of handling shifting priorities and competing deadlines.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred, with a minimum of some related work exposure.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand without restrictions and able to pass Ministry of Justice criminal background checks.
• A functional home office setup that supports independent work and self-management.

Employment Conditions

This is a full-time position working from home anywhere in New Zealand, Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00 AM NZT. The schedule supports meaningful overlap with US-based colleagues.
