Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional network teams including Process & Equipment Engineering, PIE, WLR, and TD to enhance product yields and process reliability in your designated process loop.
- Occasionally travel to global Micron locations to build partnerships and ensure project execution.
- Report module-specific issues to fabrication engineering and leadership teams effectively.
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate experiments aimed at improving fabrication processes, yield, and product quality.
- Analyze complex datasets to optimize fabrication processes and boost yield outcomes.
- Lead or participate in cross-disciplinary engineering teams addressing process challenges.
- Coordinate with global collaborators to advance module-related topics and align processes across sites.
- Partner with other PI module leads and sister fabs to harmonize business processes.
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Process, Equipment Engineering, and Production teams to forecast and balance yield, throughput, and process concerns.
- Enhance network efficiency by benchmarking and standardizing best-known engineering methods (BKMs) and business processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering or Science is mandatory.
- Exceptional analytical, logical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills able to engage effectively across organizational levels.
- A growth-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for ongoing learning.
- Prior internships or professional experience in the semiconductor field is advantageous.
- Proven leadership capabilities and impactful contributions are highly valued.
- Keen interest in the semiconductor industry and specific knowledge about Micron preferred.
