About the Role
Join a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store in Huntsville, Ontario, and play a key role in delivering health, beauty, and convenience services to your community while placing customer satisfaction at the forefront of all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer service operations, including cashier activities, cash management, and merchandising efforts.
- Ensure all cashier and merchandising staff adhere to store policies and operational procedures while providing training, guidance, and ongoing support.
- Enforce loss prevention standards by managing daily cash office inventories, cashier tracking systems, and PC Optimum procedures.
- Maintain professional store image by guaranteeing employees comply with the uniform policy and promptly handle customer inquiries, refunds, exchanges, and promote the CSI customer survey.
- Supervise merchandise displays, ensuring shelves are clean, organized, and products are properly rotated as directed by area or front store managers.
- Maintain overall housekeeping standards and store appearance while adhering to health and safety requirements.
- Perform clerical, banking, and cashier duties as needed, ensuring compliance with all store policies and loss prevention measures.
Candidate Qualifications
- Demonstrates planning abilities, sound judgment, and independent decision-making skills essential for store organization.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude focused on achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Computer literacy coupled with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Possesses knowledge of store products and supplies.

Compensation
