Front Store Supervisor - Full Time, Flexible Shifts

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service activities including cash handling, cashier supervision, and merchandising operations.
• Ensure adherence to all store policies and operating procedures by cashier and merchandising staff.
• Provide training and ongoing coaching to cashiers and merchandisers.
• Implement and maintain loss prevention protocols; manage daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking systems.
• Uphold store image standards by enforcing uniform policies and maintaining a professional appearance of staff.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues following established refund and exchange guidelines.
• Promote customer satisfaction initiatives such as the CSI survey.
• Ensure shelving is clean, organized, and products are properly rotated; set up and dismantle product displays as required.
• Maintain store housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform clerical and banking duties as necessary, including cashier duties if required.

• Computer proficiency.

• Familiarity with store products and supplies.
