Key Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer service and engage warmly with every customer.
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Welcome each customer with a friendly greeting and positive attitude.
• Precisely scan or manually enter product details during transactions.
• Accurately handle cash, coupons, lottery sales, and PC Optimum program transactions.
• Consistently request the customer's PC Optimum Card with each purchase.
• Ensure proper documentation for receipts and returns.
• Maintain merchandising standards such as product facing, signage, and labeling.
• Adhere strictly to all loss prevention procedures.
• Control inventory for cash, lottery tickets, and stamps responsibly.
• Present a professional appearance according to uniform and dress code policies.
• Follow health and safety regulations and store policies consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and store presentation standards.
• Perform other job-related tasks as needed.

Compensation
