Role Overview

As a Founder in Residence, you will create and lead a new business vertical within Base360.ai. You will explore significant opportunities in the short-term rental market, validate ideas with end users, and build your product and team from the ground up. This is a unique chance to operate like a startup founder but with solid backing including funding, engineering, design, AI resources, a customer base, distribution channels, and executive guidance already in place. Successful candidates may transition into permanent leadership of their created venture.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify promising opportunities for new product lines or business sectors in the short-term rental space.
• Conduct customer research and firsthand interviews with property managers and rental operators to confirm market needs.
• Craft the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and AI specialists to rapidly develop and launch solutions.
• Recruit and manage a multidisciplinary team as your project evolves.
• Drive growth, user adoption, customer satisfaction, and financial results.
• Apply data-driven methodologies, relying heavily on customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Regularly report business progress to the founding and executive teams.
• Grow the new initiative into a self-sustaining division or standalone company.
