Role Overview
Join a rapidly expanding AI enterprise as a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Dubai. This unique role blends consulting with software engineering, requiring close collaboration with enterprise clients to build bespoke Generative AI (GenAI) solutions across diverse sectors such as private equity, finance, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.
- Architect, develop, and launch customized AI-powered applications leveraging cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) and GenAI technologies.
- Create full-stack products integrating backend and frontend development with AI capabilities.
- Manage projects comprehensively from initial concept discovery to deployment and production support.
- Collaborate efficiently with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to transform innovative ideas into functional software solutions.
- Influence technical strategies and drive AI implementation across multiple industry domains.
Candidate Profile
- Solid foundation in software engineering with prior experience delivering production-grade applications.
- Proficient across the technology stack with essential backend development expertise.
- Skilled in Python and contemporary web technologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure platforms and API integrations.
- Comfortable in client-facing or consulting roles, showcasing strong communication abilities and confidence in interacting with customers.
Additional Preferences
- Experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or GenAI implementations.
- Background in startups or scaling tech companies is advantageous.
