Food & Beverage Support Expert (Runner)

Position Overview

The role of Food & Beverage Support Expert, also known as Runner, is pivotal to ensuring seamless food and beverage operations while crafting a memorable and unique experience for guests. This role supports the entire dining experience by assisting in tasks such as setting tables, liaising with the kitchen, cleaning workspaces, and replenishing supplies.

Job Duties and Expectations

• Maintain smooth food and beverage operations by providing supportive services.
• Set up dining areas professionally, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Assist kitchen operations and manage timely replenishment of materials and supplies.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and maintain professional appearance and communication.
• Be physically active throughout the shift involving prolonged standing, walking, and working on various floor surfaces.
• Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with help, including moving, lifting, and carrying as required.
• Engage in movements such as bending, twisting, reaching overhead, and stooping as part of job activities.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior work experience required, although previous experience in a food and beverage setting is advantageous.
• No supervisory responsibilities involved in this role.
• No mandatory licenses or certifications needed.
