About the Role

This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, part of Minor Hotels, which operates over 530 properties worldwide under various prestigious brands. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will support the resort's F&B operations to maximize guest satisfaction, enhance team performance, and improve business outcomes. The role involves ensuring high standards of service, safety, and quality while fostering a collaborative team environment and empowering team members through training and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Enhance guest satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service that aligns with brand and food & beverage standards.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment in all F&B areas.
• Assure the highest quality products are served consistently.
• Develop and sustain a strong team culture focused on operational excellence.
• Manage daily team member relations and promote problem-solving skills among staff via proper training and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• Demonstrated passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service abilities.
