Food & Beverage Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Hodson Bay Hotel. The ideal candidate will be energetic with excellent communication skills, able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and committed to delivering exceptional service that enhances the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service management.
• Lead, inspire, and guide the Food & Beverage team to consistently provide superior guest service.
• Assume full responsibility for the restaurant's operation in the Manager's absence.
• Conduct and assist with team training initiatives as necessary.
• Handle day-to-day inquiries, resolve guest complaints, and address issues within the Bar, Brasserie, and Restaurant.
• Perform supervisory duties aligned with established quality and service standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience in a 4-star hotel environment, specifically in a team leader or supervisory Food & Beverage role.
• Outstanding customer service skills paired with effective communication abilities.
• Strong leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adaptable, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and flexible work approach.
