Role Overview

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the resort's Food & Beverage operations to enhance guest experience, boost team performance, and drive business outcomes. You will focus on fostering guest satisfaction, maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace, and ensuring high-quality product standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion guest satisfaction by delivering courteous and prompt service aligning with brand and Food & Beverage protocols.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.
• Ensure only premium quality food and beverages are served.
• Develop and sustain a strong, collaborative team atmosphere.
• Manage daily team relations, encouraging problem-solving through employee training and empowerment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a college diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• Exhibit a passion for leadership and collaborative teamwork.
• Have a keen eye for detail to deliver operational excellence.
• Display excellent guest service aptitude.
