Located at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara, Minor Hotels operates over 530 properties worldwide, offering diverse experiences across various brands including Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, and TIVOLI. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Captain to contribute to maximizing guest satisfaction, enhancing team performance, and driving business outcomes through superior service quality and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall Food & Beverage operations at the hotel to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Promote and deliver prompt, courteous service aligned with brand and F&B standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment to maintain the highest quality of products served.
• Develop and foster a strong team environment among staff.
• Manage daily team member relations and encourage proactive problem-solving through proper training and empowerment.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Well-groomed appearance with high standards of personal hygiene.
