Job description
Position Overview
As a Food & Beverage Associate, you will contribute to creating not just meals but memorable dining experiences that guests cherish. This role involves various guest service activities such as setting tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, serving guests, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The aim is to make guest interactions seamless and enjoyable, complementing quality food and drinks with excellent service.
Job Responsibilities
- Set dining tables and prepare the service area according to standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen personnel to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Engage with guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in workspaces and supply areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to foster a safe work environment.
- Handle physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with help), bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.
- Be active on feet for extended periods, navigating different floor surfaces safely.
Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. qualification.
- Less than one year of relevant work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific licenses or certifications necessary.
