Job description
Position Overview
As a Guest Environment Expert at Marriott International, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. Your tasks include cleaning guest rooms and public areas, fulfilling guest requests, and ensuring all spaces contribute to a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diverse housekeeping duties such as cleaning rooms, stocking carts, and servicing public areas.
- Promote a safe workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and demonstrate professional appearance and communication.
- Handle physical tasks involving movement, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned to consistently meet guest and business needs.

- Ability to be on your feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking.
