Job Overview

The Address Collective is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Food and Beverage Assistant to join their dedicated team in Sligo, County Sligo, Ireland. Candidates will assist the Food and Beverage supervisor in delivering excellent service to guests and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage services to customers, strictly following the company's service protocols and standards.
• Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and promptly, meeting customer expectations.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, confidently explaining dishes, and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain outstanding customer satisfaction to enhance the overall guest experience throughout their time in the food and beverage area.
• Keep the service outlet clean and organized during shifts, ensuring adherence to routine deep cleaning schedules.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses at least one year of experience within a restaurant or food and beverage customer service role.
• Availability to work early morning shifts starting from 6:30 AM.
• Excellent command of the English language along with strong communication skills.
