About The Role
The Address Collective, a prominent hospitality provider renowned for delivering outstanding guest experiences through excellent service and strategic growth, is looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager based in Dublin City Centre. This full-time position involves spearheading revenue optimization and the reservations process to maximize profitability across the hotel cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Track room bookings and occupancy trends daily, weekly, and monthly, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Analyse historical booking data, current market dynamics, and competitor activity to generate accurate demand forecasts and drive revenue maximization.
- Create timely occupancy and revenue forecasts, including segmentation reports on a weekly basis, to support decision-making within hotel leadership.
- Work closely with the group revenue team to modify room rates and promotional offers based on demand projections.
- Maintain and update Online Travel Agency platforms to feature current deals and promotions aimed at attracting guests.
- Deliver daily reports on availability and booking rates to ensure occupancy targets are met.
- Identify and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room pricing.
- Monitor shifts in market trends, competitive offerings, and demand patterns for revenue growth potential.
- Handle guest communications across multiple email inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Keep all hotel-related websites updated with accurate imagery and descriptions of services and offerings.
- Manage inquiries from groups, including pricing negotiations and strategic planning for a smooth guest experience.
- Ensure all payments and rooming lists are received ahead of guest arrivals and communicated effectively to front desk teams.
- Oversee reservations and inventory management in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with Front Office to facilitate efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Quote and administer all group bookings and leasing agreements with group bookers.
- Partner with sales to develop promotion packages that increase revenue.
- Organize regular revenue meetings with department heads to align strategies and communications.
- Utilize revenue management systems to produce detailed reports for strategic decisions.
- Coach and mentor team members in revenue management best practices and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in revenue management, reservations, or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong analytical capabilities to decipher data and market tendencies efficiently.
- Proficiency in using revenue management tools and systems.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize workload effectively.
