Job Overview

The Address Glasgow is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team. The primary responsibility involves assisting the Food and Beverage supervisor in delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring top-notch customer interaction and satisfaction throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to guests according to prescribed service standards and protocols.
• Accurately take and process food and drink orders to meet customer requests promptly.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the menu offerings and confidently explain dishes to guests, identifying opportunities to recommend additional items for upselling.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to guarantee an exceptional guest experience in the dining outlets.
• Keep the outlet clean and orderly during shifts, following scheduled deep cleaning guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least one year of experience in a restaurant or comparable food and beverage service setting.
• Availability for early morning shifts starting as early as 6:30 am.
• Fluency in English and strong communication capabilities.
