About the Role

The Address Citywest seeks enthusiastic individuals to join their Food and Beverage team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will support the supervisor in serving guests and ensuring a superior customer experience is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks to guests while strictly following the company's established service procedures and standards.
• Accurately take orders for food and beverages and efficiently fulfill customer requests.
• Possess strong knowledge of menu items and confidently communicate dish details to guests, with an eye for upselling opportunities.
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction levels throughout every interaction in the food and beverage outlets.
• Keep the outlet tidy and clean throughout shifts and adhere to scheduled deep cleaning routines.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience in a restaurant or food and beverage customer service role is essential.
• Flexibility to work early shifts starting at 6:30 a.m.
• Fluency in English and strong communication abilities.
