Job description
Position Overview
Join our hospitality team as a Food and Beverage Assistant and play an essential role in creating memorable guest experiences. Your efforts will brighten guests' days by delivering exceptional dining and event services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support across all Food & Beverage service areas including bars, restaurants, room service, and special events.
- Welcome guests warmly; accurately take orders and serve with attention to detail to ensure outstanding service quality.
- Prepare and set tables meticulously for dining and events, including folding napkins and appropriately arranging and cleaning tableware.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to uphold safety and hygiene.
- Adhere strictly to applicable regulations related to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling to protect guests and team members.
