Job Overview
Join Hilton as a Guest Relation Executive and be the welcoming face that brightens our guests' stays. You will act as the primary contact for guests, delivering personalized attention and enhancing their overall experience. Your role is crucial in fostering lasting relationships and encouraging guest loyalty through exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and serve as their main contact throughout their visit, managing inquiries and special needs with attentive, personalized service.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences, including dining, transportation, and room arrangements to elevate their stay.
- Provide customized services for VIP and notable guests, organizing special events and amenities to ensure a memorable experience.
- Address and resolve any guest issues promptly and professionally by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Collaborate across departments to guarantee seamless delivery of all guest-related services.
- Gather guest feedback, maintain comprehensive guest profiles, and prepare daily reports to enhance service quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in guest relations, front office, concierge, or executive floor services within a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on guest satisfaction.
- Experienced in managing VIP guests and adept at problem resolution in a proactive, professional manner.
- Knowledgeable about hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and luxury service protocols.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, proactive attitude committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
