Utility Steward / Dishwasher

Position Overview

Primary Duties

• Maintain spotless serviceware, including cleaning chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, scrubbing pots and pans, and polishing silver items.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels to ensure all supplies and equipment are sufficiently stocked and well-organized for smooth operations.
• Upkeep of kitchen hygiene through daily essential tasks including mopping floors and managing trash disposal.
• Assist in preparing and arranging clean serviceware for banquets and special events to support flawless service delivery.
• Guide and mentor new stewards, sharing your knowledge and skills to enhance team performance.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness protocols to promote the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
