Flowable Modeller

About the Role

We seek a skilled Flowable Product Expert or Modeller to join a wealth management banking environment from Day 1. This role is highly hands-on, focused on designing, modelling, configuring, and enhancing business processes using the Flowable platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure end-to-end business processes using Flowable.
• Translate functional and business requirements into Flowable process workflows and models.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to clarify process flows and requirements.
• Analyze current Flowable processes for opportunities to simplify, optimize, and automate workflows.
• Maintain and configure Flowable workflows, process definitions, business rules, and associated components.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and collaborate with engineering teams when more technical solutions are needed.
• Ensure that all process models align with enterprise architecture standards and are scalable and maintainable.
• Support testing efforts, deployment, and live production implementation of Flowable processes.
• Document design choices, process flows, and technical and functional specifications comprehensively.
• Serve as a Flowable Subject Matter Expert offering guidance and sharing best practices with team members.
• Work across technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet all requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience and a thorough understanding of the Flowable platform.
• Proven track record as a Flowable Modeller, Developer, Engineer, or Product Specialist.
• Strong skills in BPMN, process modelling, and workflow design.
• Ability to independently translate requirements into effective Flowable process models, delivering results quickly with minimal onboarding.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Skill in interpreting complex business processes and converting them into practical workflow solutions.
• Effective communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Experience

• Background in wealth management, private banking, or other financial services sectors.
• Experience working within regulated banking environments managing complex operations.
• Strong business analysis abilities, including requirements collection, process evaluation, and stakeholder liaison.
• Experience collaborating directly with Business Analysts and end users to refine workflow requirements.
• Technical experience with Flowable development and a good understanding of its underlying implementation.
• Familiarity with process optimization, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile project delivery settings.
