About the Role and Employer

Join our team at REWE Nils Mewes oHG in Brandenburg an der Havel (Altstadt) with a permanent contract offering 25 to 38 hours per week in full-time or part-time capacity. We are opening a new location in January 2027 and seek an enthusiastic individual passionate about retail to help create a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, design, and sell floral and plant decorations.
• Independently implement sales-promoting initiatives.
• Manage procurement of merchandise.
• Inspect and ensure proper storage of incoming products.
• Conduct customer consultations and sales discussions autonomously.

Candidate Profile

• Completed professional training as a florist.
• Strong creativity and a wealth of ideas.
• Passion for retail and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Friendly and courteous demeanor toward customers.
• Willingness to work in a flexible shift system from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
