Role Responsibilities
- Lead store performance by analyzing sales figures, key performance indicators, and customer feedback to guide commercial decisions.
- Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing business strategies aimed at achieving sales objectives.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product displays align with brand standards to optimize commercial impact.
- Support the recruitment, leadership, and development of a diverse, motivated team.
- Deliver clear communication and provide constructive feedback to team members through regular development discussions.

- Represent Pandora on the shop floor with in-depth product knowledge, storytelling skills, and commitment to brand ethos.
- Encourage your team to craft personalized customer experiences through the signature selling ceremony.
- Handle escalated customer service issues professionally and with care.
- Manage daily operational tasks including staff scheduling, stock management, till operations, security, health and safety, and compliance.
- Adjust staffing levels according to commercial demands and seasonal patterns.
- Maintain high standards in store presentation and operational excellence.
