Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor the sales floor via video surveillance and conduct identity checks
- Prevent shoplifting, property damage, and other criminal offenses within the store
- Issue and manage criminal complaints
- Escort individuals to law enforcement when necessary
Candidate Profile
- Preferably prior experience in security services or a related role; however, career changers are encouraged to apply
- Clean police clearance certificate and solid understanding of security technology
- Strong sense of responsibility coupled with excellent communication and commitment
- Good interpersonal insight and effective de-escalation abilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts
