Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide top-tier service daily. Your role includes educating customers about product offerings, supporting promotions and events, and assisting the store team in meeting sales objectives while working alongside experienced retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service utilizing the C.H.A.R.M. service approach.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages sharing ideas, feedback, and suggestions.
• Gain knowledge and assist across various store departments such as customer service, product knowledge and arrangement, visual merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Assist with retail tasks including operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, restocking inventory, pricing and discounting, promoting loyalty programs, and upholding store cleanliness and organization.
• Lead through example and collaborate with store management to improve individual sales performance through targeted sales techniques.
• Follow company policies on asset protection, including theft prevention, inventory control, and compliance with procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Have completed O Level education or higher.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of work experience, ideally in retail.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Available to work flexible rotational shifts, inclusive of nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, email usage, and retail POS system operation.
• Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing retail environment.

Compensation

The salary range is SGD 11.44 to 13.17 per hour, reflecting local market conditions and ensuring compliance with minimum wage laws.
