Position Overview
Allegiance Industries, Inc. is currently seeking a Floor Technician to join their team in Greeneville, TN. This role is based onsite at a manufacturing and industrial facility, with work scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Key Responsibilities
- Perform steam cleaning of carpets.
- Use specialized machinery to strip floors.
- Apply wax coatings to floors and buff surfaces.
- Seal floors by applying appropriate sealant materials.
- Conduct deep cleaning of painted floors utilizing suitable chemicals and degreasers.
- Maintain cleanliness of buildings through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface cleaning.
- Collect and dispose of trash properly.
- Relocate heavy equipment and furniture as needed.
- Execute other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in floor care and maintenance.
- Strong physical stamina and dexterity to handle job demands.
- Ability to identify safety hazards and communicate concerns effectively with staff.
- Dependable transportation to and from work.
- Consistent adherence to schedules and commitments.
- Ability to follow instructions provided by supervisors.
