Job description
Overview
The Floor Manager will oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring smooth functioning and strong sales performance. This role requires leading the sales team, monitoring customer service quality, and maintaining showroom standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on the showroom floor.
- Assist the team in meeting daily, monthly, and total sales goals.
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to enhance their efficiency and output.
- Provide excellent customer service and help resolve client queries and issues.
- Regularly track sales performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Ensure staff punctuality, proper grooming, discipline, and compliance with showroom protocols.
- Allocate customers appropriately among sales executives and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate product availability, displays, and facilitate smooth transactions with relevant teams.
- Generate and submit daily and weekly sales and floor performance reports to the Showroom Manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, security protocols, and service quality guidelines.
