Floating Custodian - Fulltime

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Custodial Services worker to join our team. In this role, you will perform crucial cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and welcoming for all clients and visitors. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety protocols including OSHA and other applicable regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Keep assigned areas tidy and orderly to promote health and safety.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining housekeeping equipment accurately.
• Perform cleaning tasks according to Aramark and client standards.
• Manage waste by properly storing, disposing, and transporting trash to designated locations.
• Report any maintenance issues through appropriate channels via work order requests.
• Ensure the security of premises by locking or unlocking buildings as required.
• Protect company property by securing assets effectively.

Job Flexibility

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow safety procedures when handling physical labor or exposure to chemicals.
• Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude when interacting with guests, clients, and coworkers.
• Adapt well to varying guest needs and changes in work demands.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended standing, and walking.
• May be required to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE) during shifts.
