Job Overview

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for various maintenance and repair tasks on buildings and grounds within the assigned area. Duties may vary depending on client needs and location requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an hourly wage of $41.58. Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a courteous and positive customer service attitude towards clients, customers, and team members.
• Be adaptable to various customer requirements and requests.
• Repair fixtures and hardware including doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment.
• Perform routine inspections of assigned areas and promptly conduct maintenance to keep facilities operational.
• Complete scheduled checklists for building and equipment upkeep on daily, weekly, or monthly cycles.
• Report major maintenance issues and advise on appropriate corrective actions.
• Use tools and equipment efficiently and adhere to safety protocols.
• Commit to professional growth by participating in required training and development activities.
• Follow all safety guidelines as established by Aramark policies.

Additional Information

Job duties may evolve over time, with additional responsibilities assigned to meet company objectives. Physical requirements may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing. Usage of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) may be mandatory. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to adhere to safety procedures due to physical nature of work.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
