About the Role

Swiggy, a leading Indian online food delivery and quick commerce platform, is seeking a Fleet Manager based in Vadodara. The key responsibility is to oversee a large team of Pickup and Delivery Partners and optimize delivery efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of 120-150 Pickup and Delivery Partners directly.
• Drive individual efficiency metrics for Pickup and Delivery Partners.
• Maintain attendance of Pickup and Delivery Partners according to daily demand fluctuations.
• Enhance and sustain promised delivery times to improve customer experience.
• Provide hands-on classroom and on-field training to partners for service excellence.
• Conduct routine field audits ensuring compliance among delivery partners.
• Implement measures to reduce voluntary attrition and absenteeism through regular engagement activities.
• Offer individual feedback and hold weekly one-on-one meetings to address challenges.
• Resolve order-level escalations ensuring superior customer service.
• Provide support to Pickup and Delivery Partners during emergencies and urgent situations.

Desired Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years managing blue collar workforce with experience in process design and operational execution.
• Own a bike and be willing to travel within city limits.
• Availability to work on weekends is essential.
• Any graduate degree holder is eligible to apply.
