We are searching for a dependable Milk Harvester to support daily operations during scheduled staff days off through a drive-in role located between Charing Cross and Burnham.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform morning and afternoon milking routines to ensure high-quality milk production.
• Maintain shed cleanliness including plant cleaning and yard wash-down to support hygiene standards.
• Monitor cow health and teat condition, identifying any potential issues promptly.
• Assist the farm team by covering rostered days off.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Possesses a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Effective communicator with a team-oriented approach.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing early mornings and repetitive duties.
• Previous experience in milking or animal handling is advantageous, though comprehensive training is provided.
