Job Description
The FinOps Analyst will be responsible for invoice matching from the IMDEX system and ensuring accuracy levels exceed 98%. This role requires meeting defined productivity targets consistently, preparing vendor statements, conducting credits and returns research, processing payment holds, and performing quality checks on matched invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Match invoices accurately using the IMDEX system.
- Maintain a minimum accuracy rate of 98% on invoice matching tasks.
- Achieve productivity goals set by management.
- Prepare detailed vendor statements.
- Investigate and research credits and returns issues.
- Process research related to payment holds.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on invoices matched.
Basic Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity and experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
