About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to collaborate closely with key stakeholders to provide precise forecasts and deliver insightful financial results supporting both the Australia-New Zealand (ANZ) business and the global operations of Constellation Brands. This role involves producing detailed month-end reporting, managing ANZ financial forecasts, annual and long-range planning, and analyzing critical metrics such as market share, volume, and pricing trends.
This position also emphasizes driving improvements through simplification, automation, and enhancement of financial processes, reporting procedures, and analytical tools.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have over five years of commercial accounting experience within the FMCG sector or related industries. Familiarity with SAP and Power BI software tools is preferred. Strong foundational accounting knowledge paired with commercial insight and analytical capabilities is essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop robust professional relationships, comfortably challenge assumptions, and confidently present complex financial data and reports.
