Role Summary

This full-time Finance Manager position, based on-site in the Riyadh Region, involves overseeing daily financial operations such as budgeting, forecasting, managing cash flows, and generating financial reports. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and internal policies, and liaising with external auditors and various stakeholders. The Finance Manager will evaluate financial performance, pinpoint variances, and recommend measures to enhance profitability and cost management. Additionally, they will lead the finance team, improve internal controls, assist in strategic planning, and provide data-inspired insights to support major business decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and planning finances, with the capability to clearly interpret and communicate financial information.
• In-depth understanding of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements pertinent to the region.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP platforms, along with advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing finance teams, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and maintaining solid stakeholder relations.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, accompanied by meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience in a Finance Manager role or similar senior financial position, ideally within the Riyadh Region or comparable markets.
• Effective communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Arabic is considered advantageous.
