About the Role
Are you seeking a part-time position with meaningful impact? Join Constellation Brands as a Senior HR Advisor based in Blenheim, Marlborough. Working 20 hours per week, you will partner closely with the local operations team and the wider HR group located in Auckland. This role is part of a global family and offers excellent career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts, including leadership of Future Workforce and Cadet programs.
- Provide operational HR guidance, support employment relations issues, and coach both managers and employees.
- Facilitate performance management and contribute to culture journey initiatives.
- Manage HR databases and systems to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Lead organizational development activities such as surveys, performance reviews, and change management projects.
- Mentor and provide coaching to fellow People & Culture team members, embodying and promoting company culture.
Candidate Profile
Prospective candidates must have at least five years of HR experience encompassing recruitment and employment relations management. Strong communication skills, proficiency with HR systems (notably Workday), data analysis capabilities, and critical thinking are essential.
