Key Responsibilities

• Lead your branch team with support from the deputy branch manager
• Manage store presentation, ordering processes, and daily operational tasks
• Handle personnel duties such as creating work schedules and promoting employee growth
• Recruit and build your store team
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; preferably experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to engage in an eight-week training period at one of our trainer stores in Germany
