Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team, supported by the deputy manager
• Oversee store appearance, including ordering processes, compliance with presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel responsibilities such as creating duty rosters and fostering employee development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Coordinate with regional management to review results and support store growth

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; experience in a similar retail leadership position preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regular weekends and evening shifts
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding in one of our trainer stores in Germany
